Job Summary
TAP Industrial Sales is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within an assigned territory or account base. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing expert product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet their industrial needs.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a passion for sales and a solid understanding of industrial products and applications. You will work closely with outside sales representatives, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries and proactively reaching out to existing and prospective accounts
- Preparing and presenting quotes, proposals, and product recommendations
- Managing and growing a portfolio of accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system
- Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to source competitive pricing and product availability
